Waterbury Connecticut Crisis Intervention Team Training

Twenty-nine patrol officers and supervisors from the Waterbury Police Department recently participated in CABLE’s Crisis Intervention Team training which was underwritten by the CT Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Several mental health professionals from Greater Waterbury Mental Health Authority also attended the training and will be part of a police/mental health partnership designed to assist persons in crisis.
