CABLE - Law Enforcement Peer Support Training
Course SyllabusA 36 hour intensive training for Peer Support Personnel. Peers will learn the skills needed to provide effective peer support and when and how to make an effective referral to their EAP. Video tapes, personal accounts and an adult learning model will be used foster dialogue and discussion. Peers will also have opportunities to practice their skills through role plays.
