Lieutenant Mark Poisson

Since January 1990, Lt. Mark Poisson has served as Patrolman, Detective, Patrol Sergeant, Training Unit Supervisor, Administrative Services Bureau Commander and Patrol Bureau Commander of the Wethersfield Police Department. He was a member of the Wethersfield Police Special Response Team for eight years and is currently Commander of the 35 member Capitol Region Emergency Services Team (CREST).

Lt. Poisson holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Manchester Community College and is a Community Policing and Interactive Scenario Trainer.
