Sara Locke, M.S.

Sara Locke is the parent of a young child with an autism spectrum disorder, a child with learning and medical disorders and a daughter. She is also a certified special education teacher with experience in the middle school and preschool populations.

Ms. Locke has served as an educational advocate for families and children affected by autism spectrum disorders and is a primary contact for the North Star parent support group serving the Lower Naugatuck Valley. Most recently, she has worked with the Autism Spectrum Resource Center to provide autism awareness training to the New Haven Police Department and to the school resource and security officers of New Haven public schools.
